The
COMMUNICATIONS COMMITTEE is responsible for developing and implementing
a public relations plan for the Chapter, including publishing a
newsletter. The committee also oversees the preparation of all Chapter
publications and contributes news and information about and relevant to
the Chapter to News & Views published by National SOPHE. The
committee is also responsible for the Chapter Membership Listserv and
Web site, including the job referral service for the Chapter.
VISION
To
keep chapter members informed and connected to each other, with local
and national SOPHE activities, and to the public health education agenda
through regular emails and updates on the chapter Web site.
