Want to Offer CHES Credit at your next Health Education Activity?
Does the activity:

have at least one planning committee member who is a CHES?
-
consist of at least two hours of educational content?

directly relate to the Responsibilities and Competencies of a Health
Education Specialist?
If so, contact NCA SOPHE’s Professional Development Committee at professionaldevelopment@ncasophe.org
and request an application packet.
Your application must be submitted to the chapter for review at least 45 days
prior to your event. It must include the Standard Event Application Form,
Session Application Form, Participant Roster Form, Evaluation Form, and
Certificate of Attendance.
All follow-up materials must be submitted no later than 30 days after the
event. They must include the final participant roster, the event review form,
and the evaluation summary.
