Regular/Professional

A health educator and healthcare professional who meets one or more of the following..... membership requirements:

• Holds a graduate or undergraduate degree from a formal health education or public health program.

• Function or  is employed in the health education or public health capacity.

• Is a faculty member in public health or health education.

Student

Student membership is open to students who are enrolled in a health education or public health program. The application must be accompanied by a statement from a faculty member attesting to the full-time status and expected date of graduation. Members qualify for student rates for up to one year after graduation.

Emeritus

Emeritus Fellow membership shall be open to a Fellow in good standing who, upon retirement, submits a written request for change of status.

Organization

With this membership, organizations can put up to 5 employees on one discounted membership.
